Three-season screened porch addition with a stained tongue-and-groove vaulted ceiling, board-and-batten walls, composite decking, and ceiling fans — built for year-round outdoor living.

Amberset is a full screened porch addition that lives somewhere between a deck and an indoor room. The vaulted ceiling is finished in stained tongue-and-groove pine, the walls are bright board-and-batten shiplap that ties into the home, and the floor is light gray composite decking that holds up to East Tennessee humidity without warping or fading. Black aluminum balusters frame in the screen panels on every wall so the views stay open and the bugs stay out. Twin ceiling fans move air through the space on humid evenings, and a wide doorway connects the porch back to the main house. This is one of those builds the homeowners ended up using more than any other room in the house.
